After the potatoes are ripe and have passed the control, they enter the manufacturing process in the best possible condition in order to guarantee the perfect frying.
First the potatoes are peeled and washed. After that they are checked by hand on the conveyor belt to remove potatoes that are not suitable because of the size or are unripe.

The potatoes are fried in a frying pan after washing and cutting them into fine slices. During the frying process we control the temperature and the usage of oil.

Once the potato chips are fried and drained we add the exact amount of salt.
