The area of the production facilities covers 2000 m² where you can find offices, the production line and two warehouses: one with a unload deck used for the reception of raw materials and the other one with a load deck for the delivery of finished products.

We also have a separate place for drying the pork scratchings and rashers, and a warehouse for them. These both facilities were recently constructed and opened on the 1st of December 2008. All our warehouses are efficiently insulated which allows us to maintain the best possible temperature for the raw materials.

Concerning the cultivation, we have reserved 70 hectares for the growing of conventional potatoes and other 80 hectares for the growing of organic potatoes and organic corn.
An important factor in our concept of company is the environmental policy and sustainability. One part of our production facilities is used for the treatment of wastewater. The treatment plant sorts solid waste from liquid waste and after that air and ozone are injected. Because of the gravity this procedure helps the possible remaining oil to remain on the top. Furthermore, we have 300 lineal metres of canals with macroscopic plants whose main aim is to clean the water before its dumping into the river.
