We are aware of the importance of quality. We select our ingredients and raw materials carefully and in every step of the production we apply strict standards for the quality.

Quality control:
All the raw materials undergo a modern and sophisticated observation program that allows us to identify every element starting from the moment the raw materials enter the production process, until the moment the final product reaches the customer.

For this procedure we have a systematic control at every level:

• Control of entries and exits
• Daily control of the factory
• Analysis of every oil batch
• All kind of control of the finished products (nutritional, metals, peroxides etc.)
• Control of the suppliers

Everything is based on a program of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) that we respect rigorously and which is controlled by laboratories and independent organisms. Thanks to all this we are proud to say that the keywords of our policy are “Environment and Quality”

Environment:
The respect for the environment and sustainability is a strong commitment that leads us in all our actions. This is shown in all our different plans of action, like in waste and package management, treatment of residual waters before dumping into the river, organic agriculture, etc.

Quality:
The whole personnel of the company is involved and devoted to the quality control. All our departments are doing their very best to apply the regulations whose aim is to obtain the best quality of the products, satisfying this way our customers’ requirements, fulfilling the delivery times and analysing detailed every process. Obviously, we support the organic agriculture as the basis of our development, and because of this we practice it on conditions agreed by the official body of certification. In this case the organism responsible for Castile and León (Soria is situated in this community) is CAECYL (Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de Castilla y León).
